In this series, we will be focusing on a deep heart-opening and back-becking posture: camel pose!
This pose is great at opening up your shoulders and offers a back bend to build back strength and flexibility. I offer several options to modify this posture depending on your current level of strength and flexibility. If you're looking to improve your back this is a great series to come back to again and again!

Shauna Hay-Viets has been teaching vinyasa-style yoga for over 6 years and has been practicing for over 13 years. Shauna was inspired by yoga’s ability to help her feel more confident, flexible, balanced, strong, centered, and peaceful.
Shauna graduated from 200 HR YTT in 2017 and completed a 50 HR extensions program in 2018. She teaches classes that range in intensity, from Yoga Foundations to Iron Yoga and Cardio Yoga.
