    Not at all. This challenge was designed with complete beginners in mind. Every session is guided step-by-step, and modifications are offered throughout so you can work at your own pace.

    Each session is designed to fit into a busy schedule — think 20 to 30 minutes per day maximum. You can do it before work, during lunch, or in the evening. Sessions are recorded so you can practice whenever works best for you.

    Yes, completely free. No hidden fees, no credit card required. This challenge is my way of introducing you to yoga and to our community. If you love it and want to continue, there are options to keep going — but there's zero pressure.

    Life happens! All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up at any time. The community is supportive and non-judgmental; there's no falling behind here. Videos will be available for a full week after the challenge ends.

    Just yourself, a little floor space, and an internet connection. A yoga mat is helpful but not required. Comfortable clothes you can move in are all you need.
