Join my pregnant body as I practice yoga! In this series, you don't have to be pregnant, but I sure am. So I am offering many different options to all bodies, pregnant or not, to help you move to feel beautiful.
Please note that if you are pregnant, you should absolutely get clearance from your doctor before practicing any exercises, including yoga. Also, note that I am not certified in prenatal yoga. I am a certified yoga teacher who is aware of what modifications to make to support the pregnant body. Still, if you're looking for prenatal-specific yoga, I'll be glad to refer you to other excellent teachers!
These are not strictly "pre-natal" classes, however, I did use yoga poses and sequences from the Workout Labs Prenatal Yoga Cards (affiliate link). I recommend this card set for more information on great poses, sequences, and modifications to practice yoga while pregnant.

Shauna Hay-Viets has been teaching vinyasa-style yoga for over 6 years and has been practicing for over 13 years. Shauna was inspired by yoga’s ability to help her feel more confident, flexible, balanced, strong, centered, and peaceful. Shauna graduated from 200 HR YTT in 2017 and completed a 50 HR extensions program in 2018. She teaches classes that range in intensity, from Yoga Foundations to Iron Yoga and Cardio Yoga.
