Class Description

  • First 10 mins: mindful head-to-toe warm-up
  • Second 10 mins: yoga flow
  • Third 10 mins: guided mindfulness meditation
  • Sweat level: low

What you'll need:

  • Yoga Mat (or safe non-slip surface)
  • Screen + Zoom to attend live (link will be sent in registration)
  • Water (to stay hydrated!)

Optional items based on class (not required):

  • Yoga Blocks
  • Yoga Strap

Price:

This class is included in the Yoga for Self-Care Online Membership. Members are invited to join all live and recorded classes as a feature of the membership (no additional cost).

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)

3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins.

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.

5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

*Class may be canceled last-minute. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens, it's likely due to illness, parent exhaustion, an inconsolable baby, or an emergency.

Shauna Hay-Viets, a mom of two and a yoga instructor with 13+ years of experience. Shauna specializes in teaching busy moms how to reduce stress and create balance through yoga and mindfulness. Shauna has a passion for helping her students achieve their greatest goals on and off the mat.
