Confident Beginner Yogi was created to help those who are interested in getting a thorough understanding of the basics of yoga.

WHAT: This course will provide you with the foundational knowledge of what yoga is and how you can begin a yoga practice with confidence. This includes:

  • Over 30 different yoga poses
  • Different breathwork techniques
  • Guided meditations
  • And more!

WHERE: This course will be hosted online and for this very first iteration of the course it will include weekly LIVE Q&A sessions for 6 weeks!
