Morning Movement & Meditation is a class that is intended to be practiced each morning when you wake up. Each class has the same general format and takes approximately 30 minutes:
This class is part of our "wrist-free" series which provides poses that do not put much pressure on your wrists. This is perfect if you are recovering from a wrist injury or are looking for this particular style of practice but is a great variation for all students!
