Morning Movement & Meditation is a class that is intended to be practiced each morning when you wake up but feel free to practice it any time that works best for you! Each class has the same general format and takes approximately 30 minutes:

  • Breathwork
  • Gentle Head-to-Toe Warm-up
  • Short yoga flow
  • Guided Meditation
