Private 1:1 yoga/movement session via Zoom with Shauna. This individualized session is designed to fit your needs and keep you accountable to your health and wellness goals. WHY PRIVATE YOGA?
Private yoga sessions are designed to give you personalized attention – before, during and after our session together. As your private yoga/movement instructor, I show up for you and your needs based on that day. Whether it's healing from an injury or scheduling conflicts that keep you from group classes, private lessons are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

SCHEDULING & BOOKING INFORMATION
Before or after booking your session, please fill out the intake form. It will also be linked in your confirmation email. The intake form is optional. However, you'll get the most out of our time together if I have an idea of how you are feeling. Please fill it out at least 1 hour prior to our scheduled session.
How does this private 1:1 Zoom yoga lesson work?
1. Choose a time and book and pay for your session
(Optional: Buy a multi-session package to bundle and save)
2. Fill out the intake form before each session if anything has changed
3. Check for the confirmation email for additional links & details
4. You'll get a reminder email with the Zoom link 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time
5. Set up your space so I'm able to see you on camera to make adjustments
6. Join Zoom using the link in your confirmation or reminder email
7. I'll follow up after our session with any additional notes or to answer any unanswered questions
8. Schedule your next session when you're ready!
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Private Zoom sessions can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. To reschedule, please cancel your session for a refund and then reschedule at a time that works for you. No refunds or schedule changes will be granted within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment time. If you encounter an emergency within 24 hrs of your lesson, please email me and we can figure out an appropriate course of action on a 1 to 1 basis.
ABOUT SHAUNA
Shauna Hay-Viets has been teaching vinyasa-style yoga for over 6 years and has been practicing for over 13 years. Shauna was inspired by yoga’s ability to help her feel more confident, flexible, balanced, strong, centered, and peaceful.
Shauna graduated from 200 HR YTT in 2017 and completed a 50HR extensions program in 2018. She teaches classes that range in intensity, from Yoga Foundations to Iron Yoga and Cardio Yoga.
Her primary class style is a vinyasa-inspired Yoga Flow. She teaches primarily online via Zoom or to the employees of her corporate clients.
Specialties include: mobility, flexibility, balance, fitness-inspired yoga workouts, power vinyasa yoga, mindfulness & meditation.

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
